BIO

Louise Weinberg was born in New York City, and now lives and works in Boston, Mass. She earned a B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.S. from Columbia University, and graduated from the four-year Diploma Program in Studio Art at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. She was a practicing psychotherapist for many years but has been working fulltime as an artist since 1997. She is the founder of the Drawing Program at the Brookline Senior Center, has taught there for 7 years and is the recipient of two grants that support this program.
